About Me...
After almost 7 years as a forensic scientist in the Biology Unit of the Maryland
State Police Crime Lab, I decided to leave my career and stay home with our two
children (now 8 and 5). Being a stay-at-home mom has afforded me the
opportunity to pursue my love of baking on a part-time basis. After lots of
thought and planning (meeting some wonderful ladies along the way), I opened
Tastefully Treated LLC, my in-home bakery business, in March 2008. I am a
fully registered and inspected home based business here in Loudoun County. I
strive to make not only beautiful, but delicious desserts.
